Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Hummus (Vegan + Gluten Free)

Sun Dried Tomato Basil Hummus

I can’t believe I have gone my entire life without ever owning a food processor. I have been missing out and I didn’t even know it. Okay I did know it and I had a list of things I was dying to make but I needed a food processor. At the top of the list was this sun-dried tomato basil hummus.

I bought a hummus this flavor at a grocery store a while ago and it has been my absolute favorite ever since I tried it. I knew I wanted to make my own though and finally the day has come.

I love hummus so much and while just plain hummus is perfectly fine there’s nothing better than finding a really delicious flavored hummus like this one. I love it on sandwhiches, with crackers and fresh veggies, put it in a wrap, even dipping roasted veggies in it is great.

This is perfect as an appetizer for any parties you may be going to or hosting or obviously it’s even better to just hoard it all and eat it by yourself. I mean caring is sharing and all that but this stuff is good.

If you do try this or any other recipe, let me know! Leave a comment and don’t forget to take a picture and tag it #modernlittlevictories on Instagram! I’d love to hear what you think and what you create in your kitchen.
